Forty-five participants were welcomed at the delightful Ruislip Lido Railway for an "all available tracks" PLEG private charter featuring three locos from the 12 inch gauge fleet.

With auction of the headboard and refreshment / book sales in excess of £500 was raised for the railway. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided by the railway during a break, where a visit to the depot and carriage roads was provided.

An extremely comprehensive track bash was arranged, including some very rare elements. The team at RLR ensured we literally reached “end of the line” on each manoeuvre. A summary of the track bashed can be found below along with a spotting list from the shed visit. The track highlight had to be the turntable roads at Ruislip itself.

The distances covered by the three locos on the charter are as follows: -

Lady - 225 chains

Graham - 81 chains

Bayhurst - 141 chains
